Including the bed-couch in the lounge the guest cottage sleeps up to 5 persons and is regularly rented throughout the year providing excellent rental income. The guest cottage has its own plunge pool and is completely private from the main house. Between the main house and the guest cottage is a very useful work and tool shed of approximately 56 m2/ 620 sq f. Further up from the guest cottage a great play ground with two swings is the highlight for the young ones. The property has mains electricity and water and internet connection and is very easy to maintain leaving it to nature to maintain its breathtaking beauty.
